Tobii Dynavox launches SC Tablet Mini – a compact and durable iPad-based communication aid

TD SC-Tablet-Mini

SC Tablet Mini is a highly portable yet durable iPad-based speech generating device for people of all ages with communication impairments. Based on the iPad Mini 6, it comes pre-loaded with assistive communication apps, such as TD Snap and TD Talk, to empower people with communication impairments to express themselves and lead a more independent life.

Customers have been requesting a smaller and lighter iPad-based communication aid, and Tobii Dynavox listened. With its small size and low weight, the SC Tablet Mini will be ideal for example for children that need a portable and durable communication device to bring along in their daily active lives, as well as users with aphasia that need a discreet communication aid that they can always have by their side. This rugged device has a fitted silicone case to withstand drops, complete with reinforced corners, a screen-protecting frame, powerful integrated speakers and built-in handle and stand.
