Åsa Hedin, Chair of the Board of Tobii Dynavox AB, has today informed the Nomination Committee that she will not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting 2024. The Nomination Committee has therefore initiated the recruitment of her successor.
” I took on the role of Chair of the Board when we separated out and listed Tobii Dynavox. My task was to create a stable foundation and conditions for continued growth. We have really succeeded in achieving these goals. Tobii Dynavox is a successful and robust company with engaged employees. Thus, now is an appropriate time for me to hand over the responsibility and focus on my other commitments”, says Åsa Hedin.
The Chair of the Nomination Committee, Jan Andersson, comments:
” Åsa Hedin has followed Tobii Dynavox for almost ten years, initially as a board member of Tobii AB for six years and then as Chair of the board of the independent Tobii Dynavox since 2021. We are deeply grateful for the time and energy that Åsa has put into the work of the Board and for the impressive development that the company has had, not least during her tenure as Chair in recent years.”
