Tobii Dynavox AB publishes prospectus

Tobii Dynavox AB (”Tobii Dynavox”) has today published a prospectus regarding the admission to trading of Tobii Dynavox common shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. The first day of trading is expected to be 9 December 2021. 

The prospectus has today been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) and is available on Tobii Dynavox’s website (investors.tobiidynavox.com/pages/the-split/) and Tobii AB:s (”Tobii”) website (The proposed spin-off and public listing of Tobii Dynavox.)

30 November 2021: Tobii Dynavox Capital Markets Day in Stockholm 
3 December 2021: Last day of trading in Tobii shares with the right to receive shares in Tobii Dynavox  
6 December 2021: Tobii to be traded without the right to receive shares in Tobii Dynavox  
7 December 2021: Record date for the distribution of shares in Tobii Dynavox  
9 December 2021: First day of trading in Tobii Dynavox
