Tobii Dynavox AB (publ) (“Tobii Dynavox”) has today completed the previously announced acquisition of Acapela Group. The transaction was announced by Tobii AB in a press release on October 28, 2021.
On March 22, 2022, Tobii Dynavox announced that the acquisition had been approved by the relevant authorities and that the transaction was therefore expected to close on April 29, 2022. The company announces today that the acquisition of Acapela Group has been successfully completed.
In accordance with what has been communicated previously, the purchase price was EUR 9.8 million including cash and liability and was paid in cash and financed partly with own cash and partly through existing revolving credit facility.
